Steve brings over 40 years of telecom experience, including roles in technical support at Ameritech and as a member of Technical Staff at Bell Communications Research (Bellcore), where he was introduced to SS7. He later served as Training Manager at Bellcore (which became Telcordia Technologies), developing and teaching classes on SS7, Intelligent Networking, and other network signalling protocols.
